When Annie first reached out to Vinnies, she urgently needed help to put a roof over her family’s heads.
“It was a terrible time. The instability and uncertainty of not having a permanent home was awful.”
She had nowhere to stay and spent the next six months living in emergency accommodation with her children. There was a severe shortage of rental properties in her area, and she simply couldn’t compete for them with other renters offering more.
Thanks to kind contributions of you and other supporters, however, Annie’s local Vinnies team was able to help her secure and move into an affordable rental property.
